Where to Get a Christmas Platter Top up in Singapore 2026?

Suki-ya 2026 Christmas Winter Buri Feast Ala Carte Top Up platter

Get Festive Christmas Platter Top-Up in Singapore 2026: Suki-Ya’s Winter Buri Feast

At Suki-Ya, you can add the Christmas Winter Buri Feast to any buffet set meal from 1 November 2026 to 7 January 2027: Buri Carpaccio ($18.90++), Buri Sashimi ($14.9++), Buri Maki ($10.9++) and Buri Sushi ($10.9++). It's available daily, all day, for dine-in at all three Suki-Ya outlets: Bugis+, Marina Square and Plaza Singapura.

Please note this is a top-up to your hotpot buffet, not a takeaway party platter. Here's everything you need to know.

What Is Suki-ya Christmas Winter Buri Feast?

It's Suki-Ya's festive à la carte top-up menu, built around buri (ぶり), the Japanese name for yellowtail, also known as amberjack. In Japan, buri caught in the cold months is especially prized, because the fish is richer and fattier in winter. That's where the name comes from.

You order the buri dishes on top of your all-you-can-eat sukiyaki or shabu-shabu buffet, so you get unlimited hotpot plus a festive raw-fish course.

Top Buri Top-Up Menu

  • Buri Carpaccio ($18.90++)

  • Buri Sashimi ($14.90++)

  • Buri Maki ($10.90++)

  • Buri Sushi ($10.90++)

Want to try everything? All four come to $56.6++ (about $67.86 nett), which works nicely as a shared Christmas top-up for a table of four.

How the Top-Up Works

  • Step 1: Book or walk in to any Suki-Ya outlet and choose a Regular or Premium buffet.

  • Step 2: Order any of the buri dishes as add-ons. There's no minimum.

  • Step 3: Enjoy them alongside your 80-minute hotpot buffet.

Buffet prices for reference: Regular buffet from $23.90++ (lunch) and $28.90++ (dinner); Premium buffet, with free-flow wagyu, Iberico pork and seafood, from $36.90++ (lunch) and $41.90++ (dinner). Add $3++ per person on Friday to Sunday, public holidays, special occasions and their eves, which includes Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Which Buri Dish Should You Pick and Order?

  • For two people: Buri Sashimi plus Buri Sushi ($25.8++), a clean contrast to a rich sukiyaki pot.

  • For a group of four: all four dishes ($56.6++), shared across the table.

  • For first-timers: start with the Buri Maki. It's the easiest introduction to the fish.

  • For a special occasion: the Buri Carpaccio is the showpiece.
